Outpeed is committed to providing you with high-quality products. However, if you receive a product with quality issues, damage, incorrect shipment, or discrepancies with the order description, you can apply for a return and refund within 30 days of receipt. The specific rules are as follows: Return Conditions: The product must be unused and unopened (food, personal care, and other intimate items must be in their original packaging and unopened; if opened but with a quality issue, clear proof of the problem is required). The product and accessories must be complete (including labels, instructions, gifts, etc.). Provide your order number, proof of receipt, and photos or videos related to the product issue (as evidence for return verification). Return Process: Send a return request email to service@outpeed.com, with the subject line "Return Request + Order Number". The body of the email should explain the reason for the return, the condition of the product, and attach relevant proof. Our customer service team will review your application within 3 business days. After approval, we will send you the return address and return instructions. Please return the item within 7 days of receiving the return notification. Please return the goods to the designated address within 1 day. (Return shipping costs: Outpeed will cover shipping costs for returns due to product quality issues, incorrect shipments, or other merchant-related reasons; you will be responsible for shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong purchase, etc.).) After receiving the returned goods, we will inspect them within 5 business days.
